Product Description
LOCTITE ABLESTIK 2815A die attach adhesive is designed to minimize thermal resistance between the chip and substrate. It provides improved workability for applications requiring high heat extraction from die.
LOCTITE ABLESTIK 2815A is an electrically and thermally conductive acrylate adhesive with goof dispensability and good fillet formation. It adheres well on Ag/Cu leadframes and has low moisture absorption.
Cure Schedule
- 30 minute ramp to 200°C + 30 minutes @ 200°C
