Product Description
LOCTITE ABLESTIK 8388A adhesive has a rheology that is optimized for high speed dispensing. This material was originally released as RP-327-2. It offer a long work life at ambient temperatures and low low levels of ionics.
LOCTITE ABLESTIK 8388A is a white, electrically insulating epoxy with excellent dispensability that cures fast at low temperatures. Typically used for die attach in Smartcard applications.
Cure Schedule
- 5 minutes @ 130°C
- 3 minutes @ 150°C
