LOCTITE ABLESTIK 84-1LMIS epoxy adhesive is designed for semiconductor packaging applications. This adhesive is ideal for application by dispensing or stamping.
LOCTITE ABLESTIK 84-1LMIS is a silver coloured, electrically conductive solvent free adhesive with a long work life, typically used in leadframe die attach applications.
Cure Schedule
- 1 hour @ 175°C
- 30 minutes @ 200°C
