Product Description
LOCTITE ABLESTIK 84-3J electrically insulating epoxy adhesive is designed for die attach applications as well as component attach. The use of this material as a staking compound under chip components help eliminate shorting due to the capillary action of conductive adhesives.
LOCTITE ABLESTIK 84-3J non conductive adhesive has a long work life and is engineered with spacers for accurate bondline control. It has a lower viscosity and a similar resin system and outgassing to 84-3 (that comes with MIL certification) and can be used for sensor die attach.
Cure Schedule
- 1 hour @ 150°C
- 2 hours @ 125°C
