ABchimie DVP Permanent Coating Stripper

Main features

  • Designed for controlled application
  • Strong solvency
  • Easy to apply and remove

Product Description

ABchimie DVP is a powerful gel‑based solvent system specifically developed to remove conformal coatings that are resistant to standard solvents. It is particularly effective for stripping coatings where component replacement, repair, or rework is required. Its high‑efficiency formulation makes it suitable for use on tough, solvent‑resistant chemistries, including UV‑curable materials and thin resin layers.

Due to the presence of flammable solvents, DVP must not be applied to live electrical equipment or near ignition sources. Users should consult the appropriate MSDS before handling the product.

Product Key Features

  • Highly effective at removing solvent‑resistant conformal coatings
  • Gel formulation ensures strong adhesion to vertical and complex surfaces
  • Suitable for dismantling or reworking PCBs with hardened coatings
  • Designed for controlled application to minimize spreading

Applications

  • Removal of highly resistant conformal coatings such as ABchimie526UV and ABchimie746 E UV
  • Stripping thin resin layers during PCB repair or rework
