Product Description
LOCTITE ABLESTIK 8361J die attach epoxy adhesive is designed for high reliability packaging applications. This electrically conductive epoxy offers high purity and minimal resin bleed, together with a low amount of condensable volatiles.
LOCTITE ABLESTIK 8361J exhibits minimal tailing and stringing, along with minimal voiding. It stands out for its excellent strength retention after temperature and humidity exposure and its moderate stress absorption properties. Please note that this product contains 1mil silver spacers for a more controlled bondline.
Cure Schedule
- 1 hour @ 175°C
- 30 minute ramp to 115°C + 30 minutes @ 175°C
