Product Description
LOCTITE ABLESTIK 84-3LV adhesive is designed for die attach applications. It is a non conductive, solvent free material that is used as an electrically insulating adhesive.
LOCTITE ABLESTIK 84-3LV is a Low Viscosity version of LOCTITE ABLESTIK 84-3. It can be applied by stamping or syringe dispensing.
Cure Schedule
- 1 hour @ 150°C
- 2 hours @ 125°C
