Product Description

Hysol GR2220 black epoxy molding compound delivers outstanding performance and ease of use. It is a "Green" environmentally friendly product with 75% fused silica filler that has high moldability and fast cycle time.

Hysol GR2220 is a heat curable epoxy, mainly used for MnO tantalum capacitors and can reach a VO flammability rating. It has been formulated to provide the best possible moldability and as wide molding latitude as possible.
