Product Description
LOCTITE ABLESTIK 8301 S1 is the exact same product as ABLESTIK 8301 but with 25um spacers. This electrically conductive die attach adhesive is designed for high reliability package applications. It is a snap curable low stress epoxy hybrid with high reliability.
LOCTITE ABLESTIK 8301 S1 is used for a wide range of package sizes and can be used on PPF, Bare copper and silver substrates. It has been typically used and trusted for automotive sensor applications with great success.
