Product Description
LOCTITE EDAG AV 458 E&C conductive, screen printable ink consist of very finely divided silver and silver chloride particles in a blend of thermoplastic resins. It is specially designed for use as an electrode material in bio medical sensing devices.
LOCTITE EDAG AV 458 E&C is filled with silver and silver chlorid blend. It is applicable manually and semi automatically. It can operate continuously at 100°C, can be used for non critical, flexible, low temperature drying cycles and has good flexibility. Typically used for medical devices such as ECG disposable electrodes and biomedical sensors.
Drying Schedule
- 30 minutes @ 80°C or
- 15 minutes @ 95°C or
- 15minutes @ 120°C
