LOCTITE ABLESTIK NCA 2350 is a non-electrically conductive epoxy adhesive, designed for use in heat-sensitive devices such as camera module housing assemblies.
LOCTITE ABLESTIK NCA 2350 is a high-performance epoxy adhesive that provides excellent thermal conductivity, adhesion, and chemical resistance. It is commonly used in microelectronics and semiconductor applications where thermal management is critical.
Cure Schedule
- 2 minutes @ 80 °C in hot plate
- 30 minutes @ 80°C in conventional oven
